However, we don’t try to be everything to everyone. Because of our heavy concentration in the Aerospace, Defense, and Alternative Energy industries, we are experts in this niche. We keep our network posted on opportunities and even try to connect folks in the network who may benefit by knowing each other.

    It is our goal is to change the perception that one’s career is the defining factor of their success. Genuine success is measured in several aspects of one’s life, which is why we offer our Changing Tides section alongside our career resources. We also realize that a career change may mean a deeper impact on you and your family such as finding new doctors, exploring school systems, researching community statistics, re-evaluating finances, the list goes on! This section is meant to provide resources for everyday life, and can be beneficial to anyone, even those not in the process of a career change.

    Yikes! That’s a startling statistic! That’s why we are here to help both “Active” and “Passive” Candidates. Also, we are very careful with confidentiality and would never jeopardize your current situation. In fact, many of our referrals are even “confidentially referred” (mum’s the word!).

    We see LOTS of resumes! Many that contain errors, bad wording, or just a boring format. While they do make us chuckle, they are probably not going to be funny to a Hiring Manager. Did you know that 47% of executives say that just one typo in a resume is cause to not consider a candidate for a position in their company, and another 37% said two typos would automatically send the resume into the nearest waste paper basket. Only 6% would consider candidates with 4 or more typos in their resumes. Our goal is to help watch for these “resume blunders” and present the best possible YOU to our Clients!
